I’m originally from Mexico and my family is my top priority, and I know many clients feel the same. I was referred to Luis from a friend for a relocation to San Diego. Having purchased properties in several markets in the U.S., I’ve worked with many realtors over the years. It’s very easy to recognize when a realtor is inexperienced, timid or not focused on the market or the customer. From my first contact with Luis, I was impressed. He’s professional, extremely knowledgeable of the San Diego market, patient and determined on one thing – finding you exactly what you want. Luis knows the questions to ask, listens to the details in your response and then gets to work. Whether it takes a day or a year to find that property, the drive and attention Luis gives is 110% for every one of those days. Luis is the epitome of "full service". Buying my first home was scary. There was a lot I did not know, even with diligent research, and with Luis, my nerves and worries were kept in check because he really did have my best interests in mind. He helped answer the seemingly endless questions I had, and with a smile and patience that made me feel at peace and comfortable with the process. It doesn't end when you close either, he has helped me with countless questions and issues that have arose since closing escrow and gained my business for life. I can't thank him enough and strongly recommend getting in touch with him even if you are not ready to buy yet but thinking about it. He can put you on a few automatic searches to help keep you in the loop with the market and what is out there. There are tons of agents out there to smile and sweet talk you until they get paid, but Luis is the real deal, and he will be there long after the checks are cashed. 10 stars for Luis!

The entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely flawless. Luis, the owner, was so attentive and patient with me and truly does respond within an hour. My first message to him was, unfortunately, in the middle of the night and to my surprise he responded. The owner is super helpful, respectful, and I cannot thank him enough. Second, the property was super clean, organized, sanitized, and, in my opinion, the property is much more breathtaking and massive in person than the photos suggest. I recommend, upon entry, read the welcome manuals as the home is equipped with many things and you won't miss out on small details the owner has in place for the guest to enjoy. I hosted a seven day family reunion on this property, and with siblings arrived from all parts of the U.S. Each of their breaths were taken away by the homes aesthetics, layout, landscaping, and its true definition of a tropical oasis. I commend Luis, the owner, for such a well thought out experience for his guests from the comfortable bedding/pillows/sheets to the multiple quality tropical cabanas and quality cook wear. ***This property and owner is a 10/10 in my book***
